BBQ Mash-Up is a bi-product of their wonderfully smoky Scotch Bonnet BBQ Sauce.
The fleshy component parts (cherry tomato, smoked onion, smoked garlic, tomato puree, cider vinegar, muscovado sugar, maple syrup, Himalayan Salt, smoked scotch bonnets, herbs & spices) are held back after the bbq sauce is made, and refined to produce this concentrated paste.
Ideal to use as marinade, the smoky aroma works great on red meat, burgers and chicken.
